Shipping

We process all orders within 1–2 working days.

Our products are shipped from either our UK warehouse or our international fulfilment centre, depending on availability:

  • UK Warehouse: Tracked delivery within 1–2 working days via Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Evri.

  • International Fulfilment: Tracked delivery within 5–10 working days via Royal Mail International Tracked, DHL Express, or YunExpress.

You’ll receive an order confirmation by email once your purchase is complete.

Note: Orders dispatched from outside the UK may be subject to import VAT, customs duties or handling fees. These are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our product prices.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

If you don’t see it, please check your junk or spam folder.

Please note: Orders shipped from our international warehouse may be subject to customs fees, which must be paid by the customer upon delivery.

Our prices are listed excluding VAT. For items shipped from outside the UK, additional import taxes or duties may apply. These are not covered by Collectory and must be paid by the customer.

Returns

If you wish to return a product, you are entitled to do so within 60 days of delivery under our satisfaction guarantee.
