What is Labubu figures?

Labubu is a cult-classic collectible figure from Pop Mart, often dressed in creative outfits and released in limited editions. Each series comes in so-called blind boxes – you won’t know which one you get until you open it.

Are your Labubu figures authentic?

Yes. We guarantee that everything we sell is 100% original from Pop Mart or other official manufacturers. All products are sealed and come in their original packaging.

What is a blind box?

A blind box is a sealed package where the figure inside is a surprise. That’s what makes collecting so exciting – especially when you’re hunting for that rare gem.

Can I get a secret figure?

Yes! Almost every series includes at least one secret rare – an ultra-rare figure produced in very limited quantities. These are often the ones that increase in value over time.

Can I choose which figure I get?

Unfortunately not. The mystery is part of the magic – you’ll receive a random figure from the series. However, we occasionally list individual figures for sale after opening boxes for collectors.

What if I get a duplicate?

We recommend joining collector groups on platforms like Facebook or Discord – it’s a great way to trade with other fans. You can also keep an eye out for our open drops, where we sometimes sell individual figures.

Why do your products sell out so fast?

We operate with limited drops and often have just a handful of each series. Once they’re gone… they’re gone. Sign up to our newsletter or follow us on Instagram so you don’t miss the next release.

How fast is your delivery?

We ship from our warehouse in Australia (subject to stock availability) and also work with international factories. Most orders are delivered within 5–7 working days. All orders come with tracking.

Can i return a product?
